Job Vacancy: Children Youth and Families Leader
The Baptist Church Kilmington is seeking to appoint a committed Christian who is passionate about sharing their faith. The person appointed will be expected to pioneer, develop and lead the growth of our ministry to children, youth and their families, building on the many contacts we already have and motivating our team of volunteers.
This post will suit someone with experience of working with young people throughout the age spectrum. It is a new, permanent, part-time role of 25 hours per week and will involve flexible working, including Sundays.
The Baptist Church Kilmington takes its safeguarding responsibilities very seriously, consequently thorough checks will be sought. Our Safeguarding Policy is available on the website.
A salary between £14,400 and £15,600 will be available for the 25 hours, depending on qualifications and experience.
